Substantial Settlements for Some Construction Accident Cases
Although these cases do not usually appear in the media, it is noteworthy that members of our firm were the primary lawyers in the well-publicized case of Falls v. Atlanta Stadium Design Team, which involved a construction worker who was killed when a light tower being installed in the Olympic Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia fell during construction. A substantial confidential settlement was reached in the case on behalf of the worker’s family.
