History

The origins of Henry Spiegel Milling date back to 1986, when our senior partner, Phil Henry, left his practice representing insurance companies to start a new firm focused entirely on representing individuals against these insurance companies and large corporations.

Over the years, the firm has grown, with Harvey Spiegel joining the practice in 1990 and Clay Milling joining in 1999.  As the firm has grown, so have its successes.  Indeed, during the first 14 years of Phil’s practice representing individuals in personal injury cases, the firm only lost one jury trial – an incredible record to say the least.

Over the last eight years the firm has achieved unprecedented success, recovering over $250 million in verdicts and settlements for its clients.  Henry Spiegel Milling currently consists of five experienced and well trained lawyers, as well as a dedicated and talented support staff.  All of these resources are put behind each case the firm accepts for representation.
